- Zoning Compliance Permit Application: Fee is $75.00
- Zoning Compliance Permit Application for Commercial: $125.00
- Variance Application: Fee is $550.00
- Special Land Use Permit Application: Fee is $750.00
- Rezone Application: Fee is $850.00
To apply for a Plan Examination and Building Permit, please print and complete the Sagola Township Zoning Application (the link is at the top of this page) and return it to the Sagola Township Administrator, along with a check for the fee. PLEASE NOT THAT if you begin construction without the proper permits, this fee will triple.
